Conference and Resource Fair Keynote Speaker

Tiffanie Bell

Starting by taking classes at Clark College, Tiffanie Bell built a diverse and dynamic career across several industries. Three years into her sobriety journey, Tiffanie discovered her true calling in real estate. Today, as a highly successful agent with Windermere Northwest Living, she guides clients through one of life’s most significant transitions—buying or selling a home. Her commitment to helping people navigate complex, emotional moments allows her to do meaningful work that she loves every day.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tiffanie is deeply devoted to service and recovery. She has played an active role in the Vancouver Area Intergroup’s District 7 of Alcoholics Anonymous, serving as a General Service Representative and Secretary, and now as the District Committee Member overseeing GSRs from more than 50 local groups as well as multiple district committees. She also founded one of Clark County’s first Dual Recovery Anonymous meetings and currently sponsors five women, offering mentorship, strength, and compassionate guidance as they pursue healthier, more hopeful lives. She is excited and honored to serve as the keynote speaker of Voices in Recovery's inaugural Conference and Resource Fair!
